The Regenerative Practitioner Intro Practicum, Vancouver 2019

The registration process begins with submission of this form. Once your application form is received, we will get in touch with you regarding next steps.

The registration deadline for invited participants is September 26. The Practicum has a limited number of spaces, and half of them have been reserved in advance. Once the course is full, new applicants will be moved to a wait list. A second cohort is possible but not guaranteed.
