The registration process begins with submission of this form. Once your application form is received, we will get in touch with you regarding next steps.

The registration deadline for all participants is June 7. For those requesting scholarships, the deadline to apply is May 17, and we will notify you of the status of your request by May 24. All of the deadlines represented above refer to 11:59 pm Pittsburgh local time.

Please note: This application form is for practitioners local to the greater Pittsburgh area only. For practitioners based elsewhere, please apply via our Seeds Program–you will be given the opportunity to indicate that you prefer Pittsburgh over the other locations in which we offer the course, if that is the case.
