Co-Learning Network

a membership program to support your developmental path

In becoming Regenerative Practitioners, we are each charting our own developmental path in order to become effective instruments for bringing regenerative work into the world.

The Regenerative Practitioner Series provides a deep and intensive dive into what is, for many of us, an entirely new way of thinking and being. However, it does not chart our developmental path for us. Doing so requires us to commit to a discipline of consistently and regularly applying the work, over the long term.

Developing this discipline requires both an internal exercise of will and an external system of support in order to continue to develop who we are and how we work in the world as we grow regenerative capacity in the people and places we care about.

The Co-Learning Network is designed to provide just such a system of support for TRP graduates:

  • Introducing new developmental teachings that stretch us while deepening understanding and applicability of concepts, frameworks and practices introduced in TRP;
  • Encouraging us to step up to new levels of responsibility and accountability to one another as friends in the work, supporting each other in bringing this work into our lives and practices; and
  • Giving us an opportunity to make increasingly meaningful contributions as we collectively regenerate a larger energy field.

Practicing Level

  • 12 faculty-led Continuing Development sessions per year
  • 8 faculty-resourced study cohort sessions per year
The Practicing Level is best suited to practitioners who seek more experience working with regenerative concepts and frameworks. Members at this level will be working on developing fluidity in applying this work to multiple aspects of their lives and work, as well as to your engagements with colleagues, team members and clients.

Continuing Development sessions offer students the opportunity to be guided into deepening understanding and mastery of both application and theory of the technology, combining engaged dialogue regarding your opportunities to apply the work with new perspectives on frameworks and concepts that extend understanding.

Faculty engage with small groups of self-organized learners regularly through resourced study cohort sessions (eight per year) that allow you the chance to intimately connect and work through challenges. Study cohorts will be organized around a given location or theme of work. We encourage study cohorts to independently decide how they would like to work for the duration of their commitment to one another; as new members join the network, study cohorts may be periodically re-organized.

Continuing Development sessions:

First Wednesday (Thursday in Australia and New Zealand) of the month, beginning April 7

We may be able to add a second day to accommodate higher demand for these sessions.

Available session times:
Australia & New Zealand: Morning sessions
Europe & Africa: Late afternoon sessions
Americas: Either morning or afternoon

Your session time will be assigned in mid-March

Resourcing Sessions:
Scheduled in study cohorts

Deepening Level

  • Includes participation in the monthly Continuing Development sessions and study cohort sessions included in the Practicing level
  • A 6-session Masterclass of sequential lessons on an advanced topic

The Deepening Level is best suited to practitioners who seek to grow their mastery by going deeper into the underlying technology that drives regenerative thinking and practice.

This level includes a six-session Masterclass that will take a comprehensive deep dive into one of the master frameworks that is core to this technology, in addition to the monthly Continuing Development sessions included at the Practicing level.

Study cohort assignments will group practitioners according to membership level so that resourcing sessions can align with Masterclass content.

Masterclass sessions:
Either second or third Wednesday (Thursday in Australia and New Zealand) of the month, April through October

Available session times:
Australia & New Zealand: Morning sessions
Europe & Africa: Late afternoon sessions
Americas: Either morning or afternoon

Your session time will be assigned in mid-March

Resourcing Sessions:

Enrollment Deadline: Friday, March 5

Co-Learning sessions will begin in April 2021. Due to the complexity of scheduling cohorts across multiple continents, we cannot accept registrations past the enrollment deadline of Friday, March 5. If you miss this cycle of enrollment, there will be a second enrollment cycle in the fall.

We require a one-year commitment to join (though we will allow you to pause your membership in circumstances of unforeseen life changes or economic hardship). After your initial one-year commitment you will be invited to choose whether you’d like to continue on, change membership levels, or leave the network.

To enroll, you will complete an enrollment form and submit your payment details. There is no payment due today. Your first payment will be billed on April 1 and subsequent payments will be auto-billed on either a monthly or an annual cycle, as you choose.

We have a limited number of partial scholarships available for practitioners who would not be able to participate without financial support. Please inquire by emailing Course Administrator Avery Hardy at avery@regenerat.es. The deadline for scholarship inquiries is February 18.

Includes: This one-time, 6-month introductory membership includes participation in 6 monthly faculty-led sessions focused on applying and grounding the frameworks, processes and concepts introduced in TRP through exploring applications to personal and professional life. Sessions will provide an opportunity to connect and engage with TRP graduates from diverse fields and geographic locations to explore how others are meeting challenges and using and extending what they have learned.

Schedule: Enrollment deadline is Friday, March 5. Sessions will be held on the fourth Wednesday of the month from April – October. Session times will be confirmed in mid-March.

Commitment: The introductory membership is $50 USD per month for six months. You can also prepay for all six months for $275. We require that you commit to the entire six-month series. At the end 6-month period, participants will have the option to switch to a full membership, if you wish.
