1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

To become spiritually awaken, conscious of my true nature and 'ego-free'.
Integrate values, frameworks, and tools in a coherent 'actionframe' that I can use in my regenerative work at personal, community and bio-regional level.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Catalyst / facilitator of community regeneration, supporting regenerative governance.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Practice! Open to whatever comes, welcoming emergence.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Deeply embracing wholeness.

5. And for professional growth?

Being an active member of the regenerative community of practice.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Infinite curiosity and openness for different ways of thinking and acting, with a integrative mentality. Two decades of hands-on community development and 5 years of action-research.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Relating fields, started with a focus on creating awareness/environmental communication, than training/environmental skills, than public participation/governance, than community action/collaboration, than (climate) engagement, now deep transformation.
Many thinkers. More recently Peter Bampton (The Fire of the Heart), Ken Wilber (Integral Theory), Donella Meadows (systems thinking), Karen O'Brien (transdisciplinary transformation), ...

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Our true nature is Consciousness. Our 'role' is to 'reawaken' to this reality and become manifestations of this wholeness, co-evolving with everything else in a deeply complex and interconnected world. We need to 'accept' that everything is as it is, staying in a permanent state of 'wide open wonder', away from fixed positions or a sense of knowing or familiarity. Simultaneously our role is to surrender entirely to the 'power that knows the way' and becoming full-time 'instruments' of God realization, supporting the miracle of Life on Earth by regenerating the living systems.
