To complete your reservation, you will pay a $100 reservation deposit today, and set up your future payment of the remaining $2600 tuition.

We will notify you that your space is confirmed no later than May 14, and your tuition payments will be billed on May 20 using the payment method you set up today. In the event that we are unable to confirm the course, your reservation deposit will be refunded to you.

Our policy on withdrawals: By submitting your reservation, you are committing to participate in The Regenerative Practitioner Series. For withdrawal requests received before tuition is due on May 20, 2020 we will hold your reservation fee, which you can apply to a future course. We cannot offer tuition refunds for withdrawal requests received after May 20, 2020.
